We provide different types of billing dependent upon the work we are performing for you. We provide flat rates for our tax planning services based on a per client basis and dependent on the scope of the tax plan. We charge a flat monthly amount for our bookkeeping and accounting support services. This allows our clients to better budget for these services without fear of a “rogue” invoice coming in because of some additional hours needed or issues faced that month. For our tax preparation, we charge based on what forms we need to file for each client. Our simplest tax returns (1040EZ) start at $130 and go up with their complexity. Our C Corp (Form 1120) S Corp (Form 1120S) and Partnership (Form 1065) returns all start at $700 and can go up if there is additional complexity. Payroll services must be priced based on the size and scope of the client’s payroll. Hourly rate of $125 per hour is charged for any consulting and tax resolution work performed.
